About Exercise Therapy

Exercise therapy is the use of exercises to help strengthen, mobilize and condition your body to prevent and treat injuries.  It is an essential part of any comprehensive treatment program which  is based on assessment and treatment findings and is completely individualized and client-focused.

Specific, individualized exercises are used to reinforce the patterns of movement to ensure that there is longevity in the changes made in your manual therapy program or to address weaknesses or mobility issues identified in your assessment.
